Weight Update


I've made some progress since last month... about 16 pounds. Also, I've added a few more pictures. If you're interested in viewing them, use the 'gallery' link at bottom of page. More news as it happens (nothing out of the ordinary to report).

So....what are you doing to lose weight?

One meal a day, and low carbohydrates. Once you get used to it, it's not too bad.

Thanks. I was tempted to go off my diet for one day, but figured I'd feel better tomorrow if I just stuck to the program.

Yes! And I feel better that I did it, not having gained any weight back on Sunday (which is what would have happened if I had done anything more than smelled the food).

Sure will - I hope you don't have as far to go to get to your goal - I've got another 50 - 60 pounds.

I WISH that was all I have to go! What do you do since you only eat one meal a day, and which one do you have?
